Refund Policy

At BrandSquare, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients and ensure their satisfaction with our branding solutions. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only applicable to specific services as outlined in our service agreement.
To be eligible for a refund, clients must provide valid reasons for dissatisfaction with the delivered service.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service delivery date.

Non-Refundable Services:

Certain services, such as logo design, branding kit creation, and website design, involve creative work and consultation time. Therefore, these services are non-refundable once the design process has commenced.


Refund Process:

Clients must submit a written request for a refund, detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction.
Our team will review the request and assess its validity based on our refund policy.
If the refund request is approved, the client will receive a refund within 14 business days via the original payment method.


Cancellation of Services:

Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time by providing written notice to BrandSquare.
Cancellation requests may be subject to cancellation fees based on the progress of the project and services rendered up to the cancellation date.
